How to Hire Ballarat Santa

Please fill out the Contact form, and I will contact you to talk about the details. And yes, Ballarat Santa owns his own Santa wardrobe (except for the long coat you see him wear at Winter Wonderlights). So he is always ready to go for any job.

When:

He is available for Christmas in July and November/December or whenever you need him. If you have any questions, you can use my contact form, and we can discuss your event needs.

Where Ballarat Santa Works:

Ballarat Santa is happy to do any Western Victoria and Melbourne Christmas event. However, if he has to drive longer than an hour from Ballarat to reach an event, then extra travel costs will be added to his fee. This is because time spent on the road is time he cannot do other jobs. Travel time includes his return trip, with the first hour free both ways. So, for example, if he has to drive two hours to an event and two hours home after (four hours total), you’d only be charged for two hours of travel.

Safety:

Ballarat Santa always maintains a current Police Check (when working), a Working With Children Check, and Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. All these can be presented upon request.  At all events that Ballarat Santa attends, other adults are always present to supervise all activities. Child safety is his number one priority. Also, Ballarat Santa is fully vaccinated with up-to-date Flu and COVID booster vaccinations (Both on the 05/06/2025).
