Personalized Gift Delivery

Are you overseas, interstate, or just live far away from Ballarat? Maybe you can’t get home for Christmas for some reason. Maybe your friend or relative is in a healthcare facility or hospital in Ballarat, and you’d like Ballarat Santa to deliver them your Christmas present to cheer them up. Don’t just mail your gift with a boring card. Get Ballarat Santa to deliver it personally to your loved one/s in Ballarat.

Ballarat Santa will read your loved one/s a special poem or sing them a hearty Christmas song and hand over your gift to them. Times can be coordinated so you can be on the phone/FaceTime/Skype/Zoom with your loved one/s when Ballarat Santa arrives with their gift, if possible. This is not so much dependent on Ballarat Santa’s other jobs over the Christmas period because he can fit this in between jobs when possible.

It is your responsibility to courier/post the wrapped gift to Ballarat Santa in time for him to deliver it (address given on booking).  We will let you know when we have it and arrange a delivery time with you.

Please send your gift/s to Ballarat Santa by December 15th to have them delivered before Christmas and Boxing Day. For days before the 23rd of December, send your gifts to us even earlier than the 15th.

Gifts sent after the 15th may arrive after Christmas, so we will deliver them when we receive them by December 31st.

You’ll need to request that Ballarat Santa deliver specifically on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or Boxing Day. This will cost more as Ballarat Santa is busy during these times.

The time spent at the delivery address will be 10 minutes.

Ballarat Santa is delivering the gift on your behalf, so the gift receiver will be told it has come from you (not Santa).

Pictures/Videos taken of the delivery are welcome. Ballarat Santa will take a picture of the recipient with the gift to email back to you as proof it was delivered.

Terms & Conditions

  • We do not open your gifts when they arrive (we do gently remove the postage packaging but do not open the wrapped gift), so we will NOT be held responsible for any items damaged by the postal or courier service. We take the best care in handling your gift so no damage will occur while in our possession. We suggest you insure your package in case there is damage so you can take it up with those responsible.  If we think your package is damaged when it arrives to us, we will contact you and see what you want to do with it.  We suggest you do not send anything that would require a “FRAGILE” sticker.
  • There are no refunds of your delivery fee with us under any circumstances.
  • We will attempt to hand deliver your gift as many times as it takes until we find the receiver at home. We will never leave a gift just sitting there unattended, etc.
  • While in our possession, your gift is kept in a high-security locked environment. But in the worst case scenario (we are robbed) we will cover the original cost of your gift through our insurance.  Such remibursments may take a few months to process.
  • Gifts delivered to Health Care Sevices (eg hospitals, nursing homes, rehab facilities, etc.) are dependent on the recievers ability/permission to receive visitors that are not family members. We will contact the health care facility you have nominated and discuss it with them and arrange an appropriate time. If the person is released from that health care facility before the gift can be delivered there, we will take it to their residence instead.
